Mission

Statement

Our goal with Trans Masc Camp is to provide a safe space for our community to come together and be able to center and celebrate their trans experiences. We do this through building connection to community, the natural world around us, and most importantly, themselves.

Testimonials

“You have to be here — as a transmasc person you need to give this gift to yourself. Its a courageous & proud step towards healing & joy. Do it!”

- Anonymous

“Amazing group of people, and so damn good to be around a ton of transmascs. I leave camp already excited about the next one!”

- Mev

“I feel completely revived in a sense. It’s a rare and true treat to be in space with folks sharing the trans experience and so willing to share perspectives and knowledge. Our history is muddy, it’s been erased and is currently under attack and I just feel so inspired to be more vocal, take up more space, share more of my story, and just generally be more trans! This is a sacred space and I feel so grateful to have been part of it <3.”

- Peter, 35

“Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes, yes, and yes 100 times over! This program was so impactful, and I feel like I am leaving with an improved sense of self and love.”

- Finn

“For the past three years, trans masc camp has been a source of fun, support, connection, many wonderful friends, and so much more that I’m unable to put into words. To be in a room of dozens of other transmasc individuals gave me such a sense of awe the first few times I attended, which has now become a form of medicine to me. The opportunities for connection, togetherness, and community care are unmatched compared to any other space I’ve been in. This is truly a unique and wonderful experience for anyone who is craving being truly seen to the fullest extent of the word.”

- Ricky, 28

“Camp is what gets me through the rest of the year. The friends I made at camp have been a really big part of my life and we have made such deep connections that we now plan our own trips several times a year just to tide us over a bit until we can be at camp again. If you aren’t sure if you are “transmasc enough” for camp, please come! There are so many of us who are very *shrug emoji” about gender and are just loosely masc or enby aligned. I look forward to camp every year and can’t wait until the next one. Hope to have you join us!”

"Ahhh, deep breaths, and feeling truly part of this community."

- Keir, 57

“Trans Masc Camp brought together such a beautiful diversity of experience & identities. The space was very welcoming of folx across the trans masc spectrum. Camp felt very relaxed with just enough structure and fun programming with zero pressure. Highly recommend!”

- Big T

“An incredible group of friends and the feeling of truly the most supportive community I could be a part of. I never realized how much I was missing transmasc community in my life and I feel truly refreshed and enlightened after this weekend”

- Odin, 27

“I feel so much more in my body and present. I feel held in community, I feel witnessed, I feel like people have seen me, the real me, and not just accepted but celebrated that.”
